Bulldogs split four games during penultimate week of season

Bell volleyball went 2-2 during the second to last week of the season.
The Bulldogs opened the week by hosting Williston for for their annual Dig Pink night.
Unfortunately, the Bulldogs would be swept, 25-18, 25-10, 25-21.
It was the second consecutive sweep that the Bulldogs had suffered, having been swept by Union County the Saturday before.
Bell bounced back on Tuesday when the Bulldogs traveled to Monticello to face Aucilla Christian.
The Bulldogs dropped the first set and found themselves trailing 2-1 headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to win the final two sets to take a 3-2 win.
Bell went on the road again on Thursday when they traveled to Newberry.
The Bulldogs took the first set of the match in resounding fashion, 25-16.
However, Newberry came answered by winning the second set, 25-9, and proceeded to take the next two as well, both by a score of 25-17, to take the win.
Bell returned home on Saturday when they hosted Marianna.
After splitting the first two sets, the Bulldogs rebounded and took control in the third set, winning it and the fourth set, 25-15 and 25-18, respectively. That gave the Bulldogs a 3-1 win to close a .500 week.
The Bulldogs are now 14-8 on the season. They close the regular season by traveling to Columbia on Monday, hosting Eastside on Tuesday for senior night, and traveling to Dixie County on Thursday.
