The Bell JROTC is looking forward to week of honoring our veterans.
On Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. the JROTC along with the Bell band will conduct the annual Veterans Day Ceremony in the Iris Roberts auditorium at Bell High School. A longstanding tradition of educating the student body and honoring our veterans.
The JROTC Cadets will also be participating in Gilchrist County Veterans Day parade on Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. in Trenton.
Finally, on Saturday Nov. 11, the cadets in partnership with the Criminal Justice Academy will be conducting a car wash at R&J Fuel Stop in Bell from 9 a.m. until noon. All veterans will receive a free car wash. Others’ donations will be accepted. Proceeds will go toward the annual Military Ball.
