Please come out and enjoy the Gilchrist County Centennial Birthday Bash on Thursday, December 4th, from 5 to 7 p.m. The free event will be held on the Gilchrist County Courthouse lawn. Lots of activities are planned including a story time, birthday cake cutting, opening of the courthouse time capsule as well as the 4-H Coin Challenge report. County Centennial shirts and hats will be available and there will be food trucks and much more. If you would like to sit and visit with your friends and neighbors please bring a lawn chair. We are looking forward to seeing you at the celebration.
