Bells offense fails to find end zone as Bulldogs fall to 0-4

Bell’s offense was kept out of the end zone Friday night as the Bulldogs have now started the season 0-4.
The Bulldogs had opportunities to score, repeatedly moving the ball into Lake Weir territory, but kept stalling out.
One of those stall-outs occurred at the Lake Weir one-yard line, but it did set up the Bulldogs’ lone score.
Down 16-0, the Bulldogs cut the lead in half when the Hurricanes tried to pass out of their own end zone.
The pass was intercepted by Bell’s Aiden Houston to make it a 16-8 game, but Bell would fail to score again, and the Hurricanes tacked on two more scores to pull away and win, 32-8.
Bell hosts Old Plank Christian this Friday at 7 p.m. for Senior Night.
