The Gilchrist County Democrats will be hosting their second annual Dems and Dogs event on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Trenton Community Center.
In attendance will be several speakers, including Merrilee Jipson, a local environmentalist and authority on water use and North Florida Springs, and Tom Wells, candidate for the US House of Representatives.
