Florida Democratic Chair Nikki Fried and her “Take Back Florida Tour” arrived in Trenton on Aug. 23.
She met with citizens at the Trenton Community Center to build enthusiasm and promote signing up new voters in Florida.
The tour will cover 18 counties, both big and small and those with Democratic and Republican majorities.
The main idea was to talk about important issues in Florida and vote.
She also answered diverse questions from the group.
The event was sponsored by Gilchrist Democratic Committee and publicized thru emails to provide a safe event.
