Bell Town Council members Gary Blankenship, Chris Sandlin and Michael Moore were sworn in to start their new terms on the council Thursday night.
Also at Thursday’s meeting, councilwoman Katie Lovett said she would ask the council to vote on making the town’s clerk position full time as well as changing the position from hourly to salaried and raise the salary to $55,000.
